C. Scott Watson uses earth observation data and fieldwork to study high mountain hazards and leads the Glacial Lake Observatory for Flood Hazards Impacted by Changing Climate (GLO-FHICC) project. He worked as a COMET Research Fellow 2019-2024 developing online portals within the LiCSAR InSAR team, and supported disaster risk reduction research in the Tomorrow’s Cities project. He is now a COMET Associate.
