There is no evidence of a ground-based monitoring network dedicated to volcano surveillance in Yemen, however the Seismological and Volcanological Observatory Center (SVOC) at the Yemen National Seismological Observatory Center operate a national seismic network across the country and are responsible for the monitoring of volcanic activity in Yemen (Brown et al., 2015). |
