Charlotte Royle started working for COMET (University of Leeds) in 2020. She has over 10 years of experience in research management and development in UK higher education, with expertise in complex, cross-institutional programme delivery and postgraduate researcher support. Charlotte is also the manager of a second National Capability centre, the UK Centre for Polar Observation and Modelling (CPOM). She has worked across many academic institutions, including Queen Mary University of London, Imperial College London, St George’s University of London, University of Bristol, University of Leeds, and Northumbria University.

Charlotte’s academic expertise is in contemporary British literature and she is currently finishing her PhD at the University of Bristol.
