Chris Rollins joined COMET as a Research Fellow in Strain Mapping with Satellite Geodesy in 2019 and has been working on compiling an integrated geodetic motion dataset across the Alpine-Himalayan Belt, in collaboration with the LiCSAR team at Leeds. In addition to tectonic geodesy, he also works on statistical seismology, earthquake catalogues, pre-instrumental earthquakes and indigenous knowledge of them, glacial isostatic adjustment, and a bit of paleoseismology.
