Areas of Expertise: Landslide modelling and satellite‑based landslide detection

David Milledge is a geomorphologist specialising in landslide modelling and satellite‑based landslide detection. His research develops mathematical and remote‑sensing tools to predict and detect landslides across landscapes, including new methods for rapid detection using optical and radar imagery. He is seeking to support emergency response by applying these techniques to provide faster, more reliable post‑event landslide information.”
